To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Bill Chamberlain for several years and have been able to visit and appreciate his wolf refuge. His dedication and caring for saving wolves and wolf hybrids is an inspiration. I have been fortunate to have had a wolf and a wolf hybrid in my life, so Bill’s project is very close to my heart. His work has been and continues to be a major accomplishment in the saving of these precious animals. He efforts have also encompassed the better treatment of all animals and the protection of their environments.
