When we lost our beloved 17-year-old orange cat two months ago, we were heartbroken. We decided to wait six months before making a decision about whether to bring another cat into our home. But then... just six weeks later, MEOW Cat Rescue posted photos of two 10-year-old sisters whose owner had passed away. We fell in love immediately, applied to adopt them the same night, and just two days later were able to bring them home. Our two girls are sweet, well-behaved and very affectionate. They obviously received wonderful care, both while at the MEOW shelter and then in a loving foster home. The volunteers at MEOW went above and beyond expectations in their efforts to make the adoption process as easy as possible for the cats and for us. We appreciated the fact that we were screened very carefully before we were approved to adopt. We will be grateful to MEOW every day for bringing these sweet kitties into our lives.
