Review for Peaceful Heart Network, Stockholm, , Sweden
The TTT that Ulf and Gunilla teach is so very simple and effective. I have used it with a number of children; it is amazingly effective and creates rapid improvement in childhood angst (eg fear of the fires here in CA, fear of parents getting Covid, etc.)
