I spent a few afternoons helping fix fences and repair some of the stall damage done by the more spirited residents of Save the Horses. Life has taken over since, but I will most certainly come back and see those beautiful creatures (and the horses too) :). Seriously, you won't find more beautiful people than those who take care of the old, the wounded, the discarded and abused of God's creation. This is a special place, a place of love and devotion. So worthy of your time, talents, and treasures. Try it once...you'll fall in love too.
