As a long time resident of Garrett County, I have been fortunate enough to see HART grow from a small, two person endeavor to a thriving employer for the area. The leaders of HART have had tremendous and positive impact on the community and the surrounding region. HART is a shining example of a business and social good partnership that results in making this county a better place to live.
