HART is an Exceptional Place to take your Fur Babies to, whether they are seeing Jessie the Veterinarian, staying at the Bed-N-Bark Inn or getting your fur babies groomed. Your pet gets so much Love and Attention and do not be surprised when they do not want to leave. I have two Shih Tzu's; Kahlua and Bailey, and a Dapple Dachshund named Sammie. They absolutely LOVE HART. You can Trust that your Baby or Babies will be well taken care of from the time you walk thru the door.

HART has a wonderful spay/neuter low-cost program which is just one part of HART's mission to improve the conditions of animals in Western Maryland and the region. I cannot say enough about HART and what they do for our community and OUR pets.
