I’ve seen so many eyes light up in excitement. OSB gives kid’s confidence in getting to dress in trendy clothing like their peers. One day, we found a pair of used Ugg boots for a teen. She just cried when they fit well. No matter how busy my calendar is, stopping to personal shop with kids at OSB fills my day with joy.
