Assistance League Norman and Operation School Bell has been a blessing in my life. I was introduced in 2011 and, once I saw Operation School Bell, I was hooked! Operation School Bell provides new clothing, a grooming kit, a new book and a stuffed animal to children identified as under privileged by their school counselor. To see a child try on new clothing, pick exactly what they want and leave with a huge smile is the best feeling in the world! We know there is more need than can be served but Assistance League serves as many as is possible. The children who visit Operation School Bell gain the confidence to go to school in clothing they have chosen themselves and have one less essential item to worry about.
