Cheryl Flanagan built this rescue and expanded it to the point that they take in animals from other rescues. SO many seek her help and advice and she works so very hard to respond to and meet every need. She is the most amazing, magnanimous person I've ever met, and her rescue organization is exceptionally humane and competent.
