The work that Outta The Cage does is PHENOMENAL! I've seen and watched first-hand as Jill and Tamara take in these beautiful, loving beasts, and shower them with care and affection, creating perfect companions that can rescue any human! They are totally dedicated to saving as many dogs as possible, and they don't shy away from problem animals, either. Rather, they work with those babies and bring them back - whether it be behavioral or physical! Thank you, Outta The Cage, and Jill and Tamara, for being angels!
