Review for Legacy Classical Christian Academy, Haslet, TX, USA
We entered Legacy in 2013. My daughter started in Kindergarten and my son 2nd grade. I had dabbled in another homeschool community that was at-home and met once a week. When it came time for my youngest to really "start" school I completely fell apart having them both at home. My precious friend was teaching there and I inquired. I immediately knew these were "my people"! We were able to identify a reading disability in my daughter and entered her into the Take Flight Program offered at the school. It was a tremendous success! I have seen a lot of growth and changes these 7 years. The children are exposed to books and curriculum that they will never see in public school. It is rigorous, truly an education. The teachers and administration are intentional and care deeply about the character of the students. I could not have provided this on my own. While others may be capable, I knew I was not. I am very grateful to Legacy for loving our WHOLE family!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Anything I would change would only be for my benefit, not the school as a whole. Thankfully I am able to work with the administration on anything I personally may need. I have been able to make accommodations and my children have been challenged to meet the expectations. I have been pleasantly surprised at the outcome!
