Hi, My name is Jeff and I have known and worked with Dr Stern for 30 plus years. I have always wished I had his energy. I worked with him as an office assistant or web designer. I also worked for Seattle Fire Department at the same time. Dr Stern. (Micky) helped me to handle stress by teaching me why we reach for sugar when we are stressed. With his help I was always ready for my job. Physically and mentally. My pants were the same size for 36 career years Thank you Dr Stern!
