Pasado's Safe Haven is one of the most incredible organizations I've had the pleasure of being a part of! With the mission of ending animal cruelty, you can feel the dedication and compassion of every employee and volunteer from the moment you set foot on the sanctuary. My daughter and I volunteer together and whether we're pulling weeds, mucking stalls, sitting with kitties, petting pigs and donkeys, lugging buckets, playing with goats, or taking inventory of donations, it's the best part of every week! It takes an enormous amount of work to make good on the promise made to every animal who enters Pasado's ("Now you are safe!"), and we are grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in ensuring these deserving animals get a second chance for a healthy, happy life.
