Review for Story Tapestries, Inc., Poolesville, MD, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Story Tapestries has done an amazing job for the past 11 years! They have incredibly creative artists who have worked with all ages and communities. During the pandemic, Story Tapestries provided over 9,000 arts and activities kits specially designed for children and their families as well as kits for the aging. Story Tapestries also leads the Amplify US! initiative, providing a space for people of all ages to hold courageous conversations about racial equity.
Story Tapestries deserves to be one of the Great NonProfits!

Review for Story Tapestries, Inc., Poolesville, MD, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Story Tapestries, founded by Arianna Ross 10 years ago has reached out to over 840,000 individuals! I was lucky enough to attend several of their performers/educators workshops. At an Amplify US event I heard both youth and adults tell their stories. Many were heart -breaking and brought tears to everyone's eyes. It was obvious that these persons had experienced many difficulties in the world and were finally able to voice their frustrations with an audience that would not only listen but help spread the word to end racial prejudice and violence. Story Tapestries teaching artists are well-trained in their artistic fields and highly skilled in peaceful conflict resolution.
I highly recommend Story Tapestries as a company to donate to and help grow to reach even a larger community of people.
