Review for Sierra Pacific Great Pyrenees Clu, Granite Bay, CA, USA
I first discovered Great Pyrenees when I was in my 20s, and realized I would not be happy with any other breed. Now - many, many years later- my husband and I recently adopted Chloe from SPGPC. She is my 8th Pyr. Since she was a rescue, I wasn't sure what to expect.
While the breed has a "Pyr-ness" about them (intelligent, loving, smart, and big barkers), each dog has had a unique personality.
Chloe has taken to her new home beautifully. She makes the rounds of the property every morning and evening. She makes sure that no birds ever land here. And she gives us amazing love and devotion. While it's nice to have a puppy, there are benefits to adult rescue dogs as well, one being that the training is a breeze.
Pam and Jim do an amazing job with pairing these dogs to prospective owners, and I recommend this organization highly!
