PHS and SPCA are an exceptional organization dedicated to the highest standard of compassionate and collaborative care for pets and people who need their help. As a disaster relief volunteer I have helped PHS in stressful situations and seen them provide the best possible care for animals and treat pets and their families with respect and kindness. They work tirelessly to provide shelter and safety, essential and reliable support, and important information to animals and animal owners who need help.
