College of Adaptive Arts has been a social and mental life-giving experience for our son. Before the Pandemic he was regularly engaged in classes, had improved his social skills, conversational skills and enjoyed the arts offerings. Being part of their golf team has given him a refreshing way to golf regularly, enjoying an activity that was difficult to access without CAA. After the Pandemic got underway and all of the classes converted to ZOOM, the impact of CAA went from appreciated and enjoyed to vital for our son. It became his go-to place to connect when he was not able to be out in the community doing ordinary life things. We love and appreciate everything that CAA does for this community of adults who learn differently.
