My youngest daughter was born just a few months before Addison, so I followed her journey because it held a special place in my heart. When AFF was established, my family and I began supporting the group by participating in the Walk by Faith each year. As the years passed, we became more involved in the activities and fundraising around the community. AFF gives so much not only to funding for research, but also for financial support of families with a child diagnosed with cancer. Because of this, my youngest daughter decided to apply to be a Junior Ambassador. This is her 2nd year as an Ambassador and she absolutely adores the loving atmosphere of the group. As a mother, I have gained even more respect for AFF because of the leadership opportunities they are offering our youth through their Junior Ambassador program. This foundation is truly amazing!
