Everyone at Compass Family Services cares deeply about their clients. They bring positivity, creativity, and a sense of optimism to the people they serve. This organization continues to refine the way they meet their client's needs, so that they can continue to learn as an organization and be as effective as possible. I am volunteer at Compass, and I appreciate how welcoming they are to their funders and volunteers, setting a tone of respect across all members of their community. In a city where disparities of wealth and opportunity are a severe and growing challenge, Compass is a place where folks roll up their sleeves and work together to create a more positive, equitable, and joyful environment for all of us in the Bay Area.
