A a volunteer in the Community Allies program, I am a friend and champion for a person who was formerly experiencing homelessness. Talking directly with my new friend has given me insights into what having housing after living on the streets means. It is hope, it is dignity and it is so necessary. I believe that Union Station is making a difference every day in the lives of those who most need it. I am so grateful to be a part of this great organization.
