Communities In Schools is a compassionate and caring organization committed to serving and helping students and their families overcome barriers to obtaining the education they absolutely deserve. The site coordinators routinely put their heart and soul into their work, which is evidenced by the many testimonials of students who pass on to the next grade and those who ultimately graduate high school. CIS is an integral part of the school system. It's great when I hear school administrators say, "We need Communities in Schools." The impact of the CIS work is far reaching and I'm grateful to be a part of this amazing organization.
