I first learned about Assistance League of Las Vegas when my son volunteered in high school to full-fill his community service requirements. Once I retired I became a volunteer member. This is a wonderful organization that serves the needs of many in the Las Vegas community. The largest program, Operation School Bell, provides clothing and other essential items to over 8,000 children in need each year. It is so much fun to spend time with these children helping them to choose their items. The smiles on their faces says it all.
