This organization spends millions of donor dollars on advertising campaigns and marketing activities and calls them "programs" so they can achieve a strong impact score. They've been doing so for more than 5 years now and just recently launched a new one Wonder Calls that is basically just advertising pretty pictures of parks. The CMO even stated he wants to see Wonder Calls in every airport in America. How does that protect the parks?
