I have known this rescue for 10 years. Sandra Dezelan of Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue goes above and beyond when it comes to rescuing and saving dogs. It does not matter to Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue whether it is a spay or something more involved. Every animal that enters the doors of Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue literally gets a second chance because of Sandra's devotion and loyalty to these furbabies. Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue will never fail them. I am unable to adopt a dog because of my living situation but I am fostering a cat from Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue. She is a 10 year old senior named Pumpkin.
