The global pandemic has hit all aspects of daily life. And when the going gets tough, you see how an organization responds to a crisis. I work for the Scottish Rite Childhood Language Center. Our Board of Directors has supported employees with no loss of pay or benefits. We worked from home for a time and figured out how to keep going, in light of the dangers of face-to-face encounters. Many employers either could not, or chose not to support their staff, but our Board of Directors gave us the confidence to do our best. This is by far one of the finest employers I have ever worked with. They are a class act!
