My Nonprofit Reviews

VO is an organization that has a bold statement of beliefs that facilitates and permeates its work. I love opportunities to affect change in my community with others from diverse backgrounds as an indication that we are in this together. The fellowship of community members to work collectively on efforts is encouraging whether going to city council meetings, writing letters to the editors, getting more training, or engaging people impacted by unjust situations. Our local organizer is terrific as we deal with worker rights, evictions, homelessness, immigration, and environmental justice issues.
