My journey began with Isaiah House 3 years ago this December. When I started my journey in recovery it meant changing things in my life and trusting God’s guidance. I’m glad I did. I met my now husband who had went through the long term program at Isaiah House and worked there. I met Mark and Tammy LaPalme and witnessed a graduation where Gods grace and mercy lit the room so bright that I knew THAT’s where I needed to be. I stepped out of my comfort zone, applied for a job at Isaiah House and moved 2 hrs away from my safe spot to continue on my new found journey. Today I am in charge of Purchasing for the company and my husband is the Kitchen Supervisor for all facilities. I am 3 years and 4 months sober. I am married to my soul mate, we have a home, 2 vehicles, a houseful of kids and a beautiful baby boy named Isaiah. We actually enjoy getting up and going to work today because we love what we do. Isaiah House is more than a job, it’s a calling. It’s Family!!
