The Islamic Ummah Relief has helped a lot of widows, orphans, needy, and deprived communities through the provision of foodstuff, water, and other items. I have helped distribute these items myself.

IUR have supported many many orphans and widows in Ghana which I personally witness. This has come in a form of food provision, cloths, and others.
IUR also provided borehole facilities to many rural communities, also has distributed food packages, Qurbani, and many incentives in many parts of the country.
