I had the opportunity to volunteer at Health For All Clinic in Bryan, TX for about 2 years, and it was honestly an eye-opening experience! From my first couple of days, I could tell that the staff at the clinic cared deeply for the patients that walked through the front doors. The clinicians, directors, and various staff members were not only compassionate in their actions and responses, but they were also efficient in their delivery of care. Understanding their vital role in providing healthcare to an underserved population, the workers did their best to be accommodating to different patients' circumstances. The rapport among the office staff made the environment very friendly to volunteer in! Overall, this establishment is a blessing to the community of Bryan/College Station and is impactful in its endeavors to bridge the gap in equal access to health care for lower income families.
