We adopted a kitten and within 24 hours we could tell it was sick. Tried to call Ark but no one answered the phone, and no one called us back. Took the cat to the vet, found out it indeed had an infection, and paid $200 to get it taken care of. The Ark claims we should have contacted them first, even though we tried, and won’t pay the vet bill.

I’d rate them a 0 if the website would let me.
