After signing up for a class with HT, half way through I felt I wasn't getting what I paid for. Even though I was outside of their very short refund window, they refused to refund my money after several attempts to communicate my displeasure. Once more, they kept passing me around to different people. Being in Customer Service all my life, I understand rules are meant to be broken. If you want a repeat customer, make them happy. It's fairly simple. After weeks of not getting anywhere, I told them to keep my 300 dollars as they obviously needed it. Beware of what you're paying for with them. Look over everything with a microscope before you click the pay button. My only error was being so excited for a class and quickly signing up for it. It was a rip off in my opinion. And I can tell you after being treated so haphazardly, I won't have anything to do with this organization ever again.
