I am exceptionally grateful to have happened across Psychiatric Service Dog Partners. I recently suffered the unexpected passing of my service dog and the grieving of her death has caused me to slide backwards from the progress I had made. Having others who have experienced such a loss to help you through your grief makes the process more bearable. And now, when I begin the process of training a pup to take up the duties and tasks that are so essential to not only my mental health but also my ability to function in public, I have a reliable resource for helping me get over the humps that are inevitable when training a new Service Canine.
