The way my case manager Mary constructs information when explaining things always confuses and frustrates me. I usually have to interrupt her and assert my stance on the topics that are relevant for me to understand.

Mary usually asserts that it makes sense to her I repetitively have to let her know that I am the client and this is suppose to be a "client centered" program and therefore, you should explain the information in the most supportive way to my comprehension.
