I have been volunteering with Upwardly Global for five years and the experience has been so personally enriching. I have met new immigrants, refugees and aslyum seekers with experience in engineering, lawyers, scientists, professors and many more talented people. Upwardly Global offers an array of volunteer opportunities from in person networking to virtual mock interviews. My company also supports Upwardly Global and with their support I have been able to arrange volunteer opportunities for hundreds of our employees. We work with Upwardly Global and make a focused effort to support our inclusion and diversity efforts by hiring job seekers. It's a win-win and I couldn't be prouder to be a supporter.
