Review for The Feline Rescue Association, Inc., Owings Mills, MD, USA
I started volunteering with FRA in April 2019. The best part about FRA is everyone can play a small part in a rescue-- whether you trap a cat, transport it, do intake, foster it, or review the adoption application for it. There are many ways to make a difference in the life of many cats.
This is what the Feline Rescue Association makes possible:
I trapped these callie girls in a filthy garage on a Sunday night. I took them to an FRA volunteer who gave them a flea bath and held them till Tuesday morning when she took them to a clinic for spay (along with 43 other cats.) Another volunteer found a perfect foster for them.
They went from Sunday night in a flea-infested garage where their future was to live a dangerous life outside, to resting clean, spayed, and in comfort at the foster's house on Tuesday night. Their future is now a bright one.
This is why I give the Feline Rescue Association five big stars!
