Review for Jubilee Park & Community Center, Dallas, TX, USA

As a consultant, I have worked with the Jubilee board and its various committees over the past 4 years and I am always amazed at the progress being made in this little neighborhood. From new construction to the reduction in crime rates, this area has become an example for other neighborhoods in Dallas to follow. Jubilee is proof that change is possible and can be achieved through perserverance, diligence and community involvement.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in the many community meetings that have been held over the years. The JPCCC Board and staff has been nothing less than attentive to the community's needs. The feedback provided by the community's residents has been overwhelming. I know the community will continue to be actively involved in every step of every project and program Jubilee undertakes.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would encourage them to create a model that could be duplicated in other areas of Dallas.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I assisted with property acquisition, zoning, platting and permitting for the community center and resource center and project managed both in the preconstruction phase.
