Food & Water Action is laser-focused on dismantling and defeating all plans for fracking infrastructure in NYS. As they did in NYS five years ago, FWA is now focusing attention on a national fracking ban.
FWA is all about grassroots activism. They're masters at organizing and collaborating with like-minded organizations. As Conservation Co-chair of South Shore Audubon Society and as Conservation Chair of Nassau Hiking & Outdoor Club, my organizations and I have benefited from their expertise and support. We're fortunate to be able to work with a national organization that values local, grassroots volunteers and activists.
