Review for Hill Country Daily Bread, Boerne, TX, USA
I have been affiliated with Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries for nine years total. I have seen the beginning of the ministry and look at what it has become. It is phenominal. I have been Volunteer Coordinator, liaison to the churches and liaison to the families needing food. When I started delivering boxes of food, there were just over a hundred families recceiving help. There are now 2829 families in and around Kendall County receiving help. Everything is done in the name of Christ and there is never a fee or charge for anything. I have worked with several different non-profit agencies and this is by far the most rewarding.

It is so wonderful to be in a place where prayer can break out at any given moment. The "haves" work shoulder-to-shoulder with people who have literally slept under bridges. The lives of the families have improved, not just by helping them financially, but there have been several that have come to know the Lord (some from atrocious situations).
