Having spent many years in poverty, I am now in a position where I actually have more than I need, and believe it or not, giving away money is not as easy as it sounds, at least if you want to do it responsibly. Every day we get calendars, address stickers, nickels and dimes in the mail along with requests for donations, but I have felt much better about donating to Health Ed Connect. I know the money I donate will be spent wisely and responsibly, and will go to programs and not publicity. I enjoy hearing the stories about the projects my donations help finance. I am confident that my donations are making a difference in the lives of people who are in need.
