Nice folks but totally ineffective. I tried, for months, to donate $US5-6000 of late 18th and 19th century small antiques - without success. Their East Coast pickup person called multiple times, mostly whined about how hard it was to schedule a pickup! Then, misread his own notes, missed my pickup, and wasn't sure he could come back - he did not. I never worked so hard to give away valuable objects with no result!
