My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Compassion International, Inc., Colorado Springs, CO, USA
I have sponsored my child for 5 years. She lives in Bangladesh. I rarely get letters from her and when I do, I think the translation is incorrect as the letter usually do not make sense. My child is 16 years old but in the 5 grade, no one tells me why this is. I was told when I joined that I would be getting a monthly report of how my child was faring, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I never hear anything and the letters from my child never say much. I always get emails saying that there is unrest in that country and they have to stop sending funds and letters. So that doesn't assure me, it only makes me wonder more how my child is faring. And if she is getting my assistance still. I give regularly and above and beyond to help my child and her family and I will continue doing so as long as I am financially blessed. I only pray that all my funds are going for what I intended it for. I wish I knew how my child was faring and growing. But once she is of age, I will most definitely stop dealing with Compassion. I also do not encourage anyone to get involved with Compassion.
