Outreach International is outstanding in so many ways. For me, the real power in what they do is in how they empower people to solve their own problems. The Outreach team is training people all over the world to identify the issues they want to solve and get the resources they need to solve them. When a community "graduates" from Outreach training, they continue to create positive change without OI's help. The OI resource can then move to a new community to train them. Many of the leaders who learn participant led development go on to help neighboring communities as well.

It's a powerful process that creates sustainable good all over the world!

I've been blown away by the people and work of Outreach. This is not a non-profit handing down solutions. Outreach is focused on partnering with the people we serve to help them create lasting change.

I was honored to be asked to join the board last year. As I've gotten to see the work from inside the organization it is even more impressive. They are constantly working to be sure that every dollar that is donated helps the maximum number of people. Their work to refine their processes and study the results guarantees anything that is given has a positive impact.
