Project Harambee lives by its name— “all come together” - especially during this time of medical and economic concerns. They continue to build a capacity in Kenya by sponsoring students to attend medical school. Many of their sponsored students are on the front line in the fight against Covid19.
They have also been able to work in Kenya, Ethiopia and Zambia to provide opportunities to help those most in need during the pandemic. Some of ways are to provide capital to open small business projects which will offer a sustainable income. There are also times when the most immediate needs must be met and food is being distributed.
This organization works hard to meet the needs of others and help them to know that we are all in this together.
They should be a top-rated nonprofit every year!!!
