My Nonprofit Reviews

Opening Word truly benefits the Long Island Community. As a volunteer working with female English language learners, I have seen its power to help local women. Students learn the vocabulary and language skills to negotiate the community, qualify for jobs, and become citizens.
I enjoy assisting the women and partnering with the Dominican Sisters, and I find the whole experience richly rewarding.
