I stumbled upon FindingBalance a few years ago while looking for anything and everything to help me seek the Lord for healing from my eating disorder. Unfortunately, I found next to nothing online that was free or helpful. But then I found FindingBalance. This organization’s resources, particularly the daily email devotional, are incredibly encouraging to me. While my inbox is inundated with dozens of emails I never bother to read, I ALWAYS open my email from FindingBalance because I know it will point me to Christ and challenge the eating disorder thoughts with poignant truths that are exactly what I need to hear. Thank you, FindingBalance!!!
