I adopted a puppy from Starting Over Animal Refuge and am so grateful to them. The adoption process was a breeze and it is evident my puppy was cared for and loved before I took him home. If I ever decide to take in another puppy I would 100% chose to do it through Starting Over Animal Refuge.
