The Sato Project is best in class for not only dog rescue in Puerto Rico, but also community investment measures to increase spaying and neutering of animals. They rescued our deaf husky mix that we adore, Jessica, that we adopted in 2017. Since then The Sato Project and the community they have built has become a wonderful resource for us. We support their future endeavors wholeheartedly.
