No more cold showers!!!!

Having 3 kids, my husband and I had to assign and stagger shower times. Our 29 (yes...29!) gallon water heater ran out of hot water super fast! The next person needed to wait one hour or so to take a shower. My kids are ages 18, 14 and 11. Getting them to adhere to their assigned time, was like trying to herd a bunch of cats...chaos and madness!

Operation Second Chance graciously provided for a new, up to date water heater. After the plumbers arrived to replace the water heater, something was found out of code, as well as, water damage from pipes leaking. Repairing and replacing these additional problems made the overall cost increase. Panicking, I did not anticipate the entire amount to be covered. Thanks so much Stephanie!!

Operation Second Chance gave my family and I a second chance for safe and reliable hot water. My home and my heart are comforted. Thank you so much for lifting this burden!

By the way, my children still think they have to take quick showers. I haven’t told them about the new water heater. I may keep it this way to save on the bills! Lol.
