I have been associated with the Fieldstone Leadership Network for nearly 25 years. I first participated in the CEO Learning Group. I gained valuable insight into leadership skills and developed a network of amazing CEOs from whom I continued to learn during my sojourn as a CEO. A year afterward my learning group, I received additional training and became a Coach for other nonprofit leaders. Not only has this provided an opportunity for me to contribute to our industry, but it also continued to provide me with valuable learning opportunities through the rest of my own career. Today, as a retired CEO, I continue to coach and thus meet amazing, talented, innovative people within the nonprofit field. This participation allows me to continue to contribute and it allows me to maintain relationships with other CEOs, some retired, some still working, which I might otherwise have lost. The Fieldstone Leadership Network has become an important part of my life as I've moved through my professional years into my retirement years and I am grateful and honored to have been part of it from its beginning.
