Review for Pawsitive Perspectives Assistance Dogs (PawPADs), Lakeville, MN, USA
I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I was looking for a diabetic alert dog. When my family was researching we wanted to make sure we didn't get a scam. Then we came across PawPADs. They treat everyone of their dogs and clients like family. They put the dogs best interest at heart by training them to be service dogs and alert dogs so the dogs could go the route they enjoy the most. They also made sure that the dogs were a perfect match to the clients. They had us bond with our dogs and trained us to be in public with the dogs. I would not want to get an alert dog anywhere else. It also really helped that the dog wasn't nearly as expensive as most organizations. I would not have been able to raise enough money to get the dog before college if they were not nonprofit. All in all PawPADs is amazing and now I am a part of their family.
